GMAI Aggregated Workspace Terms of Service
Last revised: July 1, 2026
These Terms form a valid legal agreement between you and GM AI (the "Platform", "we", or "us") regarding your use of the gmai.work AI Model Aggregated Workspace. Please read them carefully before registering.
Article 1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
- Registration, login, AI model calls, or recharges mean that you agree to all Service Terms and the supporting Privacy Policy, which have equal legal effect. If you do not accept them, you are prohibited from using all Platform functions.
- User eligibility: you must be at least 16 years old and have full civil capacity. For enterprise users, the person registering represents that they have full authorization from the enterprise.
- The Service provides only AI model aggregation and forwarding capabilities. It does not independently develop all underlying foundation models. Model generation results and compliance rules are also subject to the terms of the corresponding third-party AI service providers.
Article 2. Account Registration, Security, and Management
- Accuracy of registration information: email address, mobile number, and enterprise information must be true and valid. If false information is provided, the Platform may directly cancel the account without refunding the account balance.
- Exclusive account use: accounts may be used only by the registered user. Leasing, selling, or sharing accounts is prohibited. For batch registration of alternate accounts, abuse of free quotas, or malicious refunds, the Platform may permanently ban all associated accounts and clear balances without refund.
- Account security responsibility: you are responsible for safeguarding your password and login devices. All recharge, generation, and transaction activities initiated through your account are deemed to be your own actions. If your account is stolen, you must contact customer support immediately to freeze it. Losses caused by your disclosure of passwords are your responsibility.
- Platform permissions: we may adjust account login rules and add real-name risk-control measures at any time. We may temporarily restrict functions for accounts involving abnormal logins or high-volume calls from unusual locations.
Article 3. Platform Services
- Free services: the Platform provides limited free AI call quotas for text-to-image, short video, and text models. Daily or monthly reset rules for free quotas are subject to page announcements. The Platform may adjust the amount of free quota and limit the scope of free models.
- Paid services: users may recharge balances to purchase computing credits, which can be exchanged for calls to domestic and overseas AI models. Credit consumption standards for different models are published in real time on the page.
- Service limitations: the Platform does not promise permanent uninterrupted service. If service is interrupted due to server maintenance, third-party AI provider API failures, network fluctuations, or policy controls, the Platform provides only credit extension compensation and does not assume indirect losses.
- Third-party model constraints: overseas AI models are subject to local laws and regulations. Some regions, content, or subject matter may not be generated. The Platform cannot modify the review rules of third-party underlying models.
Article 4. Recharge, Consumption, and Refund Rules
-
Recharge rules: recharge amounts are converted into Platform computing credits. Credits may be used only for AI model calls and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Minimum recharge amounts and promotions are subject to page display.
-
Refund limitations:
(1) Unused credits: if the account has no violation and no unresolved dispute, a refund may be requested within 30 days after recharge, with channel fees deducted. Refunds are not provided after 30 days.
(2) Consumed credits for generated images or videos: refunds are not supported regardless of whether the generation result meets expectations.
(3) For violating accounts, arbitrage accounts, and fraudulent transaction accounts, all balances and credits are directly cleared and all refund requests are rejected.
-
Invoices: after recharge is completed, users may request electronic invoices from their account. The Platform issues invoices according to the actual payment amount received.
-
Price adjustments: the Platform may adjust credit consumption standards and recharge promotions for AI models. Adjustments will be announced on the page in advance. Purchased and unused credits are not affected by price adjustments.
Article 5. Prohibited User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform for the following conduct. Once discovered, the Platform may restrict functions, temporarily freeze accounts, permanently ban accounts, clear balances, and reserve the right to pursue legal liability:
- Illegal conduct: generating or distributing political, separatist, pornographic, violent, terrorist, drug-related, gambling, insulting, defamatory, or discriminatory content; or using the Service for money laundering, fraud, forged documents, false advertising, or other illegal activities.
- Intellectual property infringement: inputting unauthorized images, films, portraits, trademarks, fonts, or commercial materials to induce AI-generated infringing works; misusing Platform model APIs or reverse crawling generated resources in bulk.
- Malicious consumption of service resources: using scripts, bots, or crawlers to call APIs in bulk, using multiple accounts to exploit free quotas, malicious high-frequency generation that occupies server resources, or DDoS attacks against the Platform.
- Infringement of third-party rights: impersonating the Platform, other users, or enterprise entities; using generated content to spread rumors, conduct personal attacks, or infringe others' portrait rights or privacy rights.
- Commercially prohibited subleasing: splitting and reselling Platform computing credits to third parties, renting accounts for profit, or repackaging Platform APIs to provide commercial services externally without written authorization from the Platform.
- Circumvention of risk control: using proxies or circumvention tools for batch registration, or tampering with device identifiers to bypass Platform risk-control detection.
Article 6. User-Generated Content (UGC/AIGC) Rights and Responsibilities
-
User input responsibility: you are solely responsible for the intellectual property rights and legality of all text, images, videos, and portrait materials that you upload or input. You alone bear all compensation, litigation fees, and administrative penalties arising from material infringement, and the Platform has no joint liability.
-
Generated content usage permissions:
(1) Individual users may use all lawful generated content for personal use and free commercial use.
(2) Enterprise users may use normally paid generated content for compliant scenarios such as business promotion, product design, and short-video commerce.
-
Platform usage permission: you grant the Platform a perpetual, worldwide, free, non-exclusive license to anonymously use your generated content for product optimization, feature demonstrations, and safety training without disclosing your account privacy.
-
Content deletion permission: the Platform may proactively delete violating generated content without prior notice. Users may delete generation history records in their own accounts.
Article 7. Platform Intellectual Property Protection
- All page designs, code, logos, text descriptions, billing systems, and aggregation scheduling systems of the Platform are owned by the operating entity. Copying, imitating, or redistributing them without written permission is prohibited.
- Trademarks and technical patents of third-party AI models belong to the corresponding service providers. The Platform only obtains API call authorization and does not transfer intellectual property rights in the underlying models.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping APIs, or copying pages to build competing products is prohibited, and violators will bear high liquidated damages.
Article 8. Third-Party Websites and External Links
Links from the Platform to third-party AI official websites, payment channels, and partner sites are provided only for convenience. The Platform does not control third-party content. Third-party services are subject to their own privacy policies and service terms, and you bear the risks of accessing third parties.
Article 9. Account Freezing and Appeal Process
- Freeze notice: after an account triggers risk-control violations, the login page may display a pop-up notice of the freeze status and the basic violation type. For security and risk-control needs, the Platform may choose not to disclose complete evidence.
- Appeal period: after temporary or permanent freezing, you may send an appeal email to customer support within 7 calendar days, providing your account ID, explanation, and supporting materials. Failure to appeal within the period is deemed acceptance of the disposal result.
- Review mechanism: if the first appeal is rejected, you may apply for advanced review. A final decision will be issued within 7 business days, and the review result cannot be appealed again.
- Consequences of permanent ban: all credits and balances in the account are non-refundable, and the Platform may retain operation records for compliance review.
Article 10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform excludes the following liabilities:
- AI generation result disclaimer: content generated by third-party foundation models may contain image errors, garbled text, or logical bias. The Platform does not guarantee that generated materials meet your commercial expectations and does not provide result compensation or credit compensation.
- Service interruption disclaimer: if generation cannot be completed or generation records are lost due to third-party AI provider API shutdown, server maintenance, carrier network failures, or force majeure such as natural disasters or policy controls, the Platform may provide discretionary computing credit compensation but does not compensate for business losses, order losses, or goodwill losses.
- User operation disclaimer: the Platform bears no joint compensation liability for third-party claims or administrative penalties caused by your own input of violating materials, account leakage, or commercial use of infringing generated content.
- Internet security disclaimer: hacker attacks and data theft cannot be absolutely eliminated. The Platform only fulfills industry-standard security protection obligations.
- Indirect loss disclaimer: under no circumstances will the Platform compensate for indirect losses such as lost profits, business interruption losses, expected revenue losses, or goodwill losses.
Article 11. Limitation of Liability
If the Platform is legally determined to bear compensation liability, the total compensation cap is the total amount you recharged on the Platform in the preceding 30 days. Any excess will not be paid.
Article 12. User Indemnification Obligations
If your violation of these Terms, upload of infringing materials, generation of illegal content, or malicious attack on the Platform causes the Platform, third-party service providers, or other users to suffer claims, litigation, or regulatory penalties, you must fully bear compensation, fines, attorney fees, notarization fees, litigation fees, and Platform goodwill losses.
Article 13. Term Modification and Service Termination
- The Platform may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by in-site pop-up and email. Continued use after updates constitutes agreement.
- The Platform reserves the right to remove certain AI models, discontinue free quotas, or terminate the Service as a whole at any time. The Platform will make an in-site announcement 30 days before termination, and unused credits will be uniformly arranged for refund or extended use.
Article 14. Dispute Resolution
- Mainland China users: the laws of the People's Republic of China apply. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the people's court with lawful jurisdiction.
- Overseas users: negotiation is preferred. If negotiation fails, disputes are subject to the judicial authority with lawful jurisdiction.
- Limitation period for dispute litigation: litigation must be filed within 1 year from the date the right is damaged. Failure to file within that period results in loss of the right to claim.
Article 15. Other General Terms
- Severability: if any provision is determined invalid by a court, the remaining provisions continue to be effective.
- No continuing waiver: the Platform's failure to pursue a single user violation does not mean it waives the right to pursue subsequent liability.
- Entire agreement: these Terms plus the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the parties and replace all prior oral and written communications.
